I met Jerry Watson ("The Watah!) in 1988 when I first went to work for RepublicBank in Dallas. Jerry and I worked together for several banking organizations for several years and I came to know and appreciate him as competent professional, loyal colleague, and one of the most decent human beings I have been Blessed to know over a period of some 30+ years. He and Linda and Chris are a part of my family and my three children have the fondest memories of sharing Thanksgiving dinner in DeSoto with the Watsons. I will always remember his 'homespun humor' and fondness for Avery Idaho and his firefighter days. I could easily write several more pages of wonderful memories about my dear friend. I can summarize my thoughts by saying that both the world and Al Sniadecki are better for having known Jerry. God Bless his soul.
